Delivery and Payment

By Grand-Strip you have the option of having your order delivered by Hermes or by DHL / UPS.  The two service providers do not differ in the amount of the delivery costs.  Only the services are different.

 Please note: Deliveries to Hermes parcel shops can only be carried out with Hermes.  Deliveries to DHL Packstations can only be carried out with DHL.

Payment method

 Then select your preferred form of payment.  Grand-Strip offers you 2 different ways to pay for the order: invoice, credit card and PayPal.

 Delivery

 As a rule, delivery takes place within 48 hours from the next working day.  If you pay in advance, we wait until the invoice amount has been received in our account.  As soon as the goods have been handed over to the selected service provider, we will inform you via a service email.

 In addition, you have the option of tracking your current delivery status using the so-called "tracking number".  You will receive this in the course of the shipping information by email.
